Welcome to Solitude-Orbit

Solitude-Orbit is a relaxed space sandbox and crafting experience focused on building, automating, and scaling orbital structures within a procedurally generated universe.

Unlike traditional space simulations, it prioritizes a "your space, your pace" philosophy, stripping away aggressive pressure in favor of deep progression and thoughtful systems management.

The Four Pillars

  1. Depth Without Pressure: Complex systems that reward patient play without requiring constant vigilance.
  2. Emergent Automation: Focusing on the "breakthrough" moment when systems begin to run themselves.
  3. Meaningful Choices: Every module slot and planet choice carries long-term strategic consequences.
  4. Beautiful Simplicity: A clean UI designed to make strategy visible at a glance while allowing complexity to unfold slowly.

Core Gameplay Features

  • Modular Orbital Construction: Design stations using modular hulls ranging from XS frames to 3XL megastructures. Strategically balance energy output, CPU capacity, and industrial throughput.
  • Procedural Universe: Explore a unique universe in every session, featuring constellations, gas giants, volcanic worlds, and dark matter anomalies.
  • Deep Automation & Physics: Resources have real physical properties like mass and volume. Production chains are designed to run autonomously, rewarding both active optimization and passive progress.
  • Research & Discovery: Use the expanding item codex to track materials and unlock deeper relationships between cosmic resources.
  • 3D Galactic Navigation: Navigate an interactive 3D map, zooming from entire star clusters down to individual celestial bodies.
